Every Tuesday night, something powerful happens on the Gold Coast. Meals are served. Stories are shared. Trust is built. And behind every plate, every handshake, and every smile is a volunteer.
Because you want to do something that feels like it matters.
Because you’re tired of watching and ready to walk alongside.
Because community doesn’t build itself—people do.
When you volunteer with us, you:
And yes, we’ll show you the ropes. You won’t be thrown in the deep end. Our team is kind, welcoming, and always ready with a laugh.
Longer answer: We welcome individuals, couples, friends, school groups, families, retirees, uni students, and anyone in between. Whether you’re 16 or 76, your presence makes a difference.
You don’t need:
You just need to show up, be kind, and stay open. That’s it. You will need to be eligible for a Blue Card.
We meet people where they’re at, no judgment.
Help pack and distribute emergency food hampers during the week.
Behind-the-scenes help like sorting clothes, folding linen, or setting up dinner tables.
We support high school students completing service hours in a safe, supportive way.
If you’ve come for support in the past and now want to give back—this is your space, too. You’re not just welcome—you’re wanted.

We’re not trying to be the biggest service in town—we’re trying to be the most human. And we can’t do that without you.
So whether you can come once a month or every week, help with dishes or just offer a listening ear—you’re part of the heart of this work.
