Real People. Real Meals. Real Love.

You’re not alone. Walk with us.

When life is heavy—when the fridge is empty, the house is silent, or the world feels like it’s just stopped seeing you—there’s still a place you can go.

Walk With Us is a grassroots, volunteer-powered community on the Gold Coast that serves more than just meals. We serve dignity, connection, and the kind of warmth that feels like coming home. Whether you’re doing it tough right now, looking for a moment of comfort, or simply need a reminder that you matter, we’re here. Every Tuesday. Every week. Every time.

What We Do

We offer safe, welcoming spaces where anyone in need can enjoy a three-course meal, connection, and care—with no forms, no stigma, and no hoops to jump through. It’s not just dinner—it’s family-style service, clean clothes, mental health support, haircuts, hampers, and heartfelt chats. All free. All with love.

Because everyone deserves to feel seen.

To feel human.
To be remembered.

What Makes Us Different

There are plenty of services on the Gold Coast offering food. We’re grateful for them—we even work with them. But here’s what makes Walk With Us different. Not better, but different:

Grassroots with Heart

We’re 100% volunteer-run. No big overheads. No office politics. Just real people serving others, week after week.

Dignity in Every Detail

Our meals aren’t handed out in boxes. They’re served with tablecloths, cutlery, desserts, and conversation. Because respect is part of the meal.

Wraparound Support, All in One Place

Need a haircut? A legal chat? Help with Centrelink? Mental health support? Clean socks? It’s all here—no judgment, no hassle.

Love is Our Language

It’s in the way we remember your name. The way we ask how your week’s been. The way we don’t just serve food—we sit beside you and listen.

Why We Exist

We believe no one should feel invisible. That everyone deserves a seat at the table—no matter their past, postcode, or pain. That’s why, for over 10 years, we’ve shown up every Tuesday, rain or shine, Christmas or not. Not because we have to. Because we want to.
Our purpose is simple but powerful:

To nourish dignity, restore hope, and extend a loving hand to those doing it tough—homeless individuals, families in crisis, victims of domestic violence, and the lonely.

We do it with warm meals, warm smiles, and an unwavering commitment to community.
