For guests

1. Who can come to the Tuesday night dinners?
Anyone. Truly. No need to book. No need to explain. If you need a meal, a break, or a bit of company, you’re welcome—no matter your age, background, or story.
Nope. We don’t do red tape. We trust that if you’ve walked through our doors, you need to be here. That’s enough for us.
Yes, it’s 100% free. No catch. No hidden cost. Our meals and support are all made possible by volunteers and donations from the local community.
A full, three-course meal: think soup or salad to start, a hearty main, and a sweet dessert to finish. We try to cater to dietary needs when possible—just have a quiet word with one of our volunteers.
Absolutely. Kids are welcome and loved. We often have something extra just for them and a warm space where families can sit together comfortably.
Not at all. You’re welcome to come, eat, stay for a chat—or leave when you’re ready. Some people stay for hours. Others pop in and out. We’re here for whatever you need. Take away meals are also available.
At our dinners, you’ll also find clean clothes, hygiene packs, haircuts (on certain weeks), access to legal advice, mental health services, basic medical care, and support workers—all free, all in one place.
Yes. We work hard to make it a peaceful, welcoming space. Our volunteers are trained, and we have security protocols in place when needed. If something makes you uncomfortable, let a volunteer know straight away.
No. Many of our guests live in housing but are struggling to afford food, feel socially isolated, or just need support. If you feel like you belong, then you do.
Please do. If you know someone who could use a meal or a kind face, they’re more than welcome.

For Volunteers

Easy. Just head to our Contact Page and send us a message. We’ll have a quick chat, find out what you’re comfortable with, and get you started. You need to be at least 14 to volunteer.

Not at all. Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or brand new, we’ll guide you. Just bring kindness, a bit of patience, and your best smile. You will also need a Blue Card. We can organsie this for free for you.
Plenty! You can help with setup, cooking, serving, cleaning, chatting with guests, packing hampers, sorting donations, or just offering a listening ear.
